Our kitchen is our pride and joy. Andreas Pircher and his young team have cooked themselves up an outstanding reputation over the past year, not only among our own guests, but also among the many gourmets that make a point of stopping off for a meal.
Refined local dishes, coupled with the lightness and aromas of Italian cuisine, are our interpretation of Mediterranean-style cooking. We use seasonal products from farmers in our area, and only fresh raw materials. Our herbs grow right behind the kitchen.
The dining room is a light, clear glass cube with a view of the natural surroundings; our terrace really is one of the most lovely in the entire region. Because where in the Alps can you enjoy a meal and look over the entire majestic Adige valley with the surrounding peaks, while relishing the peace and quiet and the creations of our kitchen? Meals become an unforgettable experience.
Breakfast starts each day with a glass of fresh vitamin-rich juice from our fresh-picked vegetables and fruits. And then stroll around the rich buffet with organic and farmers' market food that truly leaves nothing to be desired. Marmalades and jams are home-made by us, the cakes are from our pastry chef, and sausage products and cheese from the farmers in our area. Add the to this the wonderful smell of freshly brewed coffee and sunshine to start you off in your day. We also serve eggs on request, cooked any way you like.
For your Luncheon you can choose from our menu with tasty little dishes, salads and desserts. We serve hot meals from noon to 1.30 PM.
In the Afternoon you will find cakes and other delicacies from our pastry chefs.
Dinner is, of course, the crowning gastronomic event of the day with the ample salad buffet and the unique gourmet menu from our kitchen. And here again we will certainly surprise you - the evening meal will be one of the highlights of your day.
We lavish great attention on our Wine list, with all the important and special cellars and products of this wine region, paying great attention to tastings and prizes. To this we have added a great number of Italian wines.
